Flash back

We have moved out of sunnyvale and relocated to Tustin/Santa Ana, Los Angeles.. Last monday, on August 17th, we went to the non indian restaurant (Chipotle, mexican grill) for the first time.. Thanks to Toshiba for giving us food vouchers. We liked the food.. But last one month sritika has been frequently waking up in the nights.. For me,, it was like taking care of new born, waking up every 2 hours and feeding her a bottle.. So i googled and found that feeding baby with high fat and high protein would let it sleep for long.. I tried out and it worked wonders.. She woke up only once or twice in the last two nights..

I have been trying to discipline her by saying NO for the last one week and started to spend quality time with her teaching her to draw and play with building blocks, throw small items into box (which she enjoys a lot)..I love her so much that i cant even think of putting her in a day care even for a couple of hours.. We tried out cottage cheese with banana puree today.. But she pooped a lot and had severe diaper rash.. So i fed her bread with cheese and yoplait this night..

We were watching achamundu tamil movie after putting her to sleep at 9 pm in the night..

I have started feeding ragi with milk to chitiku on a regular basis.. I also add fruit puree and veg puree and give cereals in bottle. Give her bath in the night before she goes to sleep. I have started to put the dishwasher in the evening so that I need not rush in the night and spoil her good night sleep. I am feeling happy that she drinks ragi.. She is also having cow's milk these days.. Wishing her to put on weight..

Sritika started to sit!!

My baby started to sit on herself starting last week.. (Jan 28) Its really great to see her sit and play music on her own.. But she is still fussy eating solid foods and has lost weight like anything..
So I bought some playtex bottles, y nipples, first stage fruit pack, and dishwasher stand to wash the bottles.. I have also started feeding her with milk starting Jan 29th after doctor's consent.. Today i fed her 2 scoops cereals with 4 ounces of regular milk.. She had 30z of it which inspired me to bottle feed her with cereals...

Cheetu's visit to Saravana Bhavan

This is the first time we had taken Cheetu to Saravana Bhavan in Sunnyvale.. She was quite fuzzy and was not happy sitting in one place.. We took turns and carried her and kept walking around the hotel..
